This study aims to examine the effect of work environment on commitments, commitment employee performance, and as a mediator influence performance. The samples are 43 KPPN employees in Malang. Data collected directly from respondents through questionnaires analyzed with path analysis using SPSS software. result shows that has positive significant commitment, also Therefore, proves be mediating variable.
